• Work with developing inventory, cash flow, pricing and budgeting of running studio and at shows or craft fairs.

• Teach classes in a variety of art mediums – drawing, painting, collage, mosaic, pottery to children and adults on a session basis.

• Attend clay workshops at NCECA in Seattle (2012), Fraser Valley Potter’s Guild – Mary Fox Workshop (2012) and Cathy Jefferson (2011), the Clay Symposium (2002 & 2004, 2010), Kelowna Clay Festival (2002), and the Surrey Art Gallery (1998 – 1999).

• Plan and implement a visual arts program for Grades 6 - 8 & liaise with the High School Art teacher

• Contact, schedule, train, and supervise volunteers to help with a variety of classroom needs.

• Plan and lead Visual Art workshops to teachers at a Teachers Convention.

• Teacher & Workshop leader for a high school sponsored exchange to Limpopo Province, South Africa.  Duties included: Planning and leading 5 workshops on Art and Creativity to teachers in South Africa, working on curriculum planning for the Visual Arts and teaching art to Middle and High School students, budgeting trip expenditures.

Volunteer Activities

• Visual Art Committee at Fleetwood CRC – Completed an Acrylic mural that surrounds the sanctuary (3’ X  88’ long) and Designed and Created a 50th Anniversary Commemorative Quilt (14’x7’).
